  • How do I reserve my items?

    Submit an inquiry under the “contact” tab on our website. You will receive instructions on how to select your items. Once the items are selected, you will sign a rental agreement and pay your booking deposit. Items can only be held for 24 hours after sending out the deposit invoice and agreement. It is only after the agreement and deposit are both completed that we reserve your items and secure your date! Selecting items and having a conversation alone does not reserve your items. All items are first come first serve. Due to the volume of couples looking at the same date, warning prospective couples that their date is being looked at is not feasible.

  • How does pick up work?

    Our warehouse is a drive-up facility where you can pull up directly to your items. A staff member will have your order boxed, labeled, and ready to get placed in your vehicle. Loading takes approx. 20 minutes. You may get your items as early as the Wednesday before the event and returned the Monday after the event. This does not have to be done by the couple. It can be done by anyone you would like. *We reach out to schedule your pick up/drop off one month out from the date.

  • Are candles provided?

    Wax and LED candles are not provided. We offer many candle holders for you to choose from, but the candles will be left up to you!

  • How do payments work?

    To book your date, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to the date. Any payments made towards an event are non-refundable. Services will not be rendered until all payments are made.

  • When should I reserve my items?

    You will want to reserve your items as soon as possible, as all items are first come first serve.

  • Do the Backdrops and Arches Break down?

    Yes, all of the items break down for transport.

  • How do I order items?

    Send an inquiry on the “contact us” tab. You will receive a list of available items for your date. one you know what you want, simply send us an email.

  • Are stands included with signage?

    Yes, you will receive stands with welcome signs, table numbers, and all other signage.

  • Can I rent out items individually?

    Due to extremely high demand, we no longer rent out items on an individual basis.

  • Welcome Signs

    Yes, we customize your welcome sign with your names and date.

  • Do you make my seating chart cards?

    You are responsible for making your own seating chart cards.
