How do I get started?
Submit an Inquiry on our website. This is the first step for us to get an idea of your event details. We will let you know what packages we have available for your date. You will receive instructions on how to select your items and have a free consultation. We help you every step of the way and work together to formulate a design for your wedding. Once the items are selected, you will sign a rental agreement and pay your booking deposit. It is only after the agreement and deposit are both completed that we reserve your items and secure your date!

Are the Welcome Signs Customized?
Yes, we customize your welcome sign with your names and date.

Do you rent items individually/a la carte?
Our company specializes in an all inclusive approach. We do not rent out items a la carte. The Gold Package and Black Package are standardized. You can use as much or as little as you would like from the package, but the price remains the same. The Diamond Package is fully customizable.

Are stands included with signage?
Yes, you will receive stands with welcome signs, table numbers, and all other signage.

Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery is automatically included in the Diamond Package. Delivery services cannot be added to the Cinderella Package.

Do you set up and tear down?
Yes, set up and tear down is automatically included in the Diamond Package. Set up and tear down services cannot be added to the Cinderella Package.

How does pick up work for the Cinderella Package?
Our warehouse is a drive-up facility where you can pull up directly to your items. A staff member will have your order boxed, labeled, and ready to get placed in your vehicle. Loading takes approx. 20 minutes. You may get your items as early as the Wednesday before the event and returned the Monday after the event. This does not have to be done by the couple. It can be done by anyone you would like. *We reach out to schedule your pick up/drop off one month out from the date.

Are candles provided?
Candles are provided for Diamond Package clients only. Wax and LED candles are not provided for the Cinderella Package. We offer many candle holders for you to choose from, but the candles will be left up to you! Check out the Amazon Finds tab for pre-sized candles!

How do payments work?
To book your date, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to the date. Any payments made towards an event are non-refundable. Services will not be rendered until all payments are made.

Do the Backdrops and Arches Break down?
Yes, all of the items break down for transport.

When should I reserve my items?
You will want to reserve your items as you know which items you need, as slots are limited.
